Growing up, lime green was my favorite color. I liked all things lime green. I had a lime green wallet and I adored key lime pie (it was not in the actual shade but sorta close). But now that I am grown up, I still fancy lime green but I won’t necessary wear it. It’s a little bit much for me now.
Which explains why I am on the fence for this shirt from Mugler. My 11 year-old self would have jumped on this and saved up all my pocket money for this or asked to be bought this for my Christmas/Birthday present. My 24 year old self is taking a few steps back because this looks a little kitschy. It doesn’t have the exact stylish vibe that I find important now. Perhaps this is all part and parcel of growing up?
