I’ve always been big on whales. Ever since I saw Free Willy for the first time as a kid. That was an awesome movie. Jil Sander’s latest season showcases animals like dinosaurs and whales and using them as focal points.
The collection has a definite whimsical vibe about it. You can’t use colored animals and not expect a little kiddy fun. But that’s just it. It looks a little too kiddish, no? I think it’s fundamentally very cute and would put a smile on people’s faces but I am not sure how classic this would be. After all, rocking this tee at 55 would seem like one’s trying a little too hard? What do you guys think?
