So spiked/studded loafers for men were shoved in the spotlight ever since Christian Louboutin introduced them. Now Giuseppe Zanotti is jumping on the bandwagon with this Swarovski crystal version.
One thing you can be sure of, these will stand out. A lot. I guess that’s just the thing; perhaps it’s a little too showy. I love the punch of spikes – it’s bad-ass and so cool. But the use of Swarovski crystals will give this pair a sheen and shimmer that I think might be a little too much. It’s a good-looking pair but it just calls for too much attention for my tastes. What do you guys think?
