So it’s not secret that I am a big fan of ferocious animals on tees. Basically, they have to look kick-ass and look like they can take you down. Figuratively and sartorially, preferably. All that said, I don’t know how ass-kicking a kitty can be.
Take a look at this tee from Dsquared2. Okay, so I get it that the cat is hissing and it’s wearing a spiked collar. But it’s still a cat and though it might have a cartilage piercing and a ‘Bad Kitty’ slogan, it just looks underwhelming. And really? ‘Bad Kitty’? That sounds like the title of a porno movie. And putting an angry cat on the center of a tee doesn’t make it look bad-ass in this case. All it does it make come across as bratty. What do you guys think?
