So it’s no secret that I am a huge fan of most things studded. If I could, I would be in studs everyday but that’s not a very practical look because there are not a lot of studded things that get made that really catches my fancy despite my love for studs. There is something about this that feels very overdone for me. I like the generous spike action but it looks like too much of a good thing. The fact that the spikes are gold amplifies the contrast. I guess it’s one of those polarizing pieces – you either like it or you don’t. I am leaning towards no. Perhaps if the studs were silver/chrome and the case wasn’t studded completely, that would have been a different story. What do you guys think?
