Drinking is one of my favorite past times and when I drink, I usually drink with a fervor. I don’t get hangovers or headaches the next day but I do experience the usual sluggishness and dullness. So when I came across this spray that is tout to be useful in preventing alcohol related discomforts, I was intrigued.
So I road-tested this for weeks before actually writing a review. So copious amounts of alcohol spread among 3 countries later, I can report that this spray actually did help relieve discomforts the next morning after. I don’t know how exactly it works but it has a long list of FDA-regulated homeopathic ingredients that work to combat headaches, dehydration, sluggishness, nausea, hangovers etc. The usual alcohol-induced suspects.
Here’s how you use it: Spray twice under your tongue before alcohol consumption and again every hour during alcohol consumption. Then when you’re done partying, spray twice again. The next morning, spray twice under the tongue as needed (up to a max of 6 times a day).
The usual sluggishness I experience the day after an intense night of partying was gone when I got up. I felt more energetic and light. On days when I didn’t follow the usage instructions properly, I religious sprayed the morning after as per instructed and as the day went by, I felt better. Of course to properly test this out, I went without spraying on certain nights out and true enough, it took me longer to get back on my feet for another round of partying the next day.
I keep a bottle on my bedside table so I can spray when I wake to drink some water and then go back to bed. I will be taking this with me on every vacation from now on.
