Perhaps it’s because I have a smaller built and I tend to look smaller and shorter than I actually am. So I stay away from all things oversized. I also don’t have the time to hit the gym 5 times a week and get a ripped body so fitted clothes look better on me than baggy ones. I think fit is modern and so I will never get pieces like this oversized lavender floral shirt from Raf Simons.
Why would you pay money to look like a grandmother? Which is exactly the vibe this shirt gives off. You have the matronly floral print and then you have the horrendously oversized shirt that is also too long. How is one supposed to wear this? Like a coat? Like a cardigan? I don’t know and I really don’t want to know. Because paying $1000 to look like someone in a nursing home is not my idea of a good time. What do you guys think?
