I am in my boots phase and am constantly on the lookout for rocking boots to call mine or write about. I saw this pair in the article by The Upgrader on the favorite pieces of 14 top menwear's buyers for Fall 2008. These boots are one of Humberto Leon's (who is the co-owner of Opening Ceremony) picks. Despite the obvious PR reasons, I can certainly see why he would pick this.
These unique boots will take you through winter and more. Look at the unique buckles, which according to Humberto are used traditionally for luggages! Who would have thought? I am digging the buckle and lace combination which gives a head-turning vibe but yet isn't too near the edge of the cliff where you wonder if anyone would actually wear these. I know I would!
