I’ve talked about facial exfoliations before but today I want to talk about the exfoliation of your body. The upper layers of your skin is practically dead skin cells so the key to healthy skin is to regularly remove the upper layer to make room for new ones. It’s like clearing your wardrobe to make room for new purchases. Except that this involves being wet.
I’ve been using this body scrub from Kiehl’s for a couple of weeks now and its nourishing formula is definitely something to write home about or in my case, tell you guys about. How to use this is simple: Just apply this over your whole body after your regular soap/body wash and take some time to scrub or massage it in to get the blood circulation going. Then simply rinse.
The result after is soft, smooth skin that looks and feels healthy. The pure honey and soy milk proteins work double time to keep skin supple and conditioned. I like how this isn’t too abrasive so you don’t feel like you’re buffing with sandpaper.
