Peter Thomas Roth Soothing Repair Ointment
As tough as my skin is (it takes peeling treatments and retinoids very well), I sometimes find it begging for some relief. I don't abuse my skin but microdermabrasion and laser treatments leave red patches that go off within a few hours or the next day.

But what do you do in-between those few hours? I usually find myself having to go for dinner and drinks hours after I leave the dermatologist's. I don't know if it's just bad timing or coincidence - but that means I have to deal with calming my skin down and reducing the obvious post treatment irritations.

I use this handy ointment to calm my skin down. Its light yet enriching texture will help calm and soothe cuts, burns and all post-treatment irritations. I like how multi-tasking this is; use this on your body or face. It makes a great traveling companion.

With ingredients such as Arnica that is clinically proven to reduce bruising and swelling, Lidocaine with Aloe Vera to comfort and reduce irritation and Vitamin E to heal and protect; this is one useful and effective ointment.

My post-treatment irritations fade and disappear faster and my skin feels better quicker - this is a beauty cabinet staple.
