I am a detailed person and details are one of my favorite things in life. I like details that stand out and details that pop. That said, there needs to be a line drawn for when popping becomes too much.
Take this pair of shorts from Facetasm for example. It caught my eye with its rope detail but then when I looked closely I realized that the braided rope detail reminded me of those latex pants hookers or strippers wear. Or slutty wrestlers. You know those faux leather pants with roped sides? Yeah, I don’t think that’s a good idea.
