This season is all about boots (well, for me personally) and you just can’t go wrong with a good boot. And I really can’t go wrong with this baby from Damir Doma.
This front zipped boot from Croatian designer Damir Doma has everything that I am looking for in a boot. Details, coolness and functionality. The first detail that hits you is the zipper-ed center. A strong, individualistic hit of cool that is further complemented by the minimalistic lines – the goal was to use as few seams as possible to recreate the simplicity of a sock.
It works perfectly and it certainly takes away the occasional inconvenience of slipping in and out of a pair of boots. The black faded leather is always flattering and would look great styled casually or formally. I just wish they had this in my size. C’est la vie.
