I remember when these first came out in 2007, they were a Barneys’ exclusive and as soon as I saw them, I jumped into the car and headed straight for Barneys. I am a huge fan of chucks and if you add studs all over a pair of chucks, then I simply just have to have it.
I have worn my pair out and I really need to get it replaced. I was lamenting about how I should do some DIY studding myself since I didn’t think I would be able to find another pair to replace the pair I worn out. But here it is again!
This is just cool – it goes with everything. Seriously, I have worn this with my black-tie outfits for a kick and they just stand their ground. The pair also has a slight painted effect that only adds to the coolness. But just a word of caution: I had a couple of studs fall out because I was simply too rough with my shoes so just take note.
