I don’t have the greatest skin and I sleep with the AC on most every night of the year so moisturizing is a must for me. I shudder to think of the state of my skin if I didn’t moisturize it daily.

I try to go the gym as often as I can. Everytime I am at the gym, I look on in curiosity as people walk in with their cellphones, wallets, keys and ipods. And as they gather up each accessory when moving from one station to another. It seems like a lot of work to me, not to mention cumbersome to have to look out for each item while you lose calories.
