Rag And Bone Knit Vest

A versatile piece is a worthy piece indeed and in the spirit of conscious consumerism, I do a quick mental sartorial calculation on every piece of clothing I buy. Well, most of it anyway. If it can be worn in different scenarios, then it’s in my cart.
Like this pretty rad knit vest here. I am digging the deep indigo color; a shade that is classic and so friendly. Friendly in the sense that it can be paired with most everything. From work to play.
The chambray back adds a dash of unexpected detail that is fresh and all cool. A surprising hit of color that will not only look good in the corporate world but also on a night out

Rag And Bone Grey Chambray Tie

Chambray is one of those fabrics that can do double duty. Smart enough for the corporate office and mellow enough for a downtown chilled vibe. This tie just cements that fact.
I am digging the shade of grey and its chic compatibility with both work and play shirts. The grey is light, muted and quiet but still perfectly capable of standing on its own. It’s simple – you don’t have to say much; just put on your tie, leave the house and let the compliments start rolling in.

Rag And Bone Fencing Jacket

With Fall comes lots of layering and huddling up to stay warm. A sleek outerwear piece will help get you through gloomy winter days; at least they serve as more pleasant distractions. This fencing jacket is one such piece. With its assymetrical zip closure that instantly adds a dash of cool, this is one on-trend piece.
The button tab collar and the visible linings on the front give this a classic leather jacket feel but the wool sleeves gives this an unexpected twist that is fresh and modern. The mash of two fabrics stands out among the sea of leather jackets.
I’ve never tried fencing and it looks fun, I am not sure if I will be good at it

Rag And Bone Jersey Tee

As you all probably know by now, I love double duty pieces – pieces that can hold and be used on their own while having a quality that allows them to be fused with other pieces.

Take this jersey tee, for example. This lightweight, casual tee gives off the perfect nonchalant vibe that would look splendid in Summer and Spring, no matter which continent you might be in. The crewneck button down style gives you the great option to leave this unbuttoned for a laid back, relaxed vibe. While the button cuffs gives the impression of a certain dressiness.

That said, this will also make a great layering piece. Layer this over a tee or a shirt and leave this …

Rag And Bone Raglan-Sleeve Sweater

One thing I like to do during winter or whenever I feel cold is to have my hands buried in my pockets. Be it my jeans, pants or jacket or better yet, someone else’s pants. So I’ve always enjoyed pockets.

This sweater from Rag and Bone is cute and stylish at the same time. I like the grey and black contrast – both my favorite colors. The kangaroo pockets are what drawn me to this piece. I like how they stand out and how good they actually look. A lot of times, you have hoodies with pockets that just look baggy and uninspired. This one looks good and is of the right size.

The wool and cashmere blend ensures you …

Rag And Bone 1701 Hughes Chino

I’ve been through my tailored pants phase and right now, I really would like to get into a Chinos phase. I’ve been wanting to acquire more chinos for the longest time but never got the chance to because of my slim and small frame, I just don’t fit into the off-the-racks chinos; which is a shame.

And plus, I don’t know if I could tailor make chinos. It seems like a reasonable thing to be able to do; if pants can be made, I don’t see why they can’t make chinos. I have to make some phone calls and see if it’s possible.

If I was of the right frame and size, I would go for this pair of Chinos …

Rag And Bone Mod Messenger Bag

One thing that strucked me whenever I am in Paris is how the French seem to have it all together. I see men in beautiful suits and chicks in jeans and flats with their messenger bags going about their day on the public bicycles available for rent throughout the city.

I don’t see backpacks or fanny-packs just simple, cool messengers slung across the shoulders making for hands free convenience.

This cool, fun messenger caught my eye and I can so see it on the streets of Europe. The rich dark Navy tone is classic and will get you through years and years without going out of style. I love how the mod red straps contrast against the navy Canvas. It lends

Rag & Bone Sack Jacket

Sale periods are a great way to buy pieces at discounted prices for the upcoming seasons. Since here at Style Flavors, we don’t believe in following trends or investing too much in throw-away pieces, the selected pieces we buy during sale periods are ones that will be relevant for years and years to come.

This sack jacket from Rag & Bone is one such piece. I am so drawn to its clean lines and unfussy silhouette. This button up jacket with side seam pockets is both cool and stylish. Pair this with jeans and pants, sneakers or lace-ups, this is one item that will take you from the cooler summer nights to the middle of Fall. The stand up collar …

Rag & Bone Work Shirt

Some guys are most comfortable in tees, some prefer crisp shirts and others try to find a balance between both. As for me, the pendulum is always swinging and I go back and forth between the softness of a tee and the dressy vibe of a shirt.

This shirt from Rag & Bone will look best fitted snug and worn with jeans. The banded collar with button closure is a cute alternative to the traditional one and I am liking the cute inverted left pocket with the single button closure.

This fresh shirt will take you through casual, in-between days when you want the ease of a tee and the sharpness of a shirt.

Get this for US$195 at eLUXURY.

Grenson for Rag & Bone Runway Dodger Boot, Canvas

Grenson was founded in 1886 by an English shoemaker and they have recently collaborated with Rag & Bone to produce a collection of shoes for Rag & Bone’s Fall line.

This pair of boots might be hand made and all but it is unfortunately ugly. I can’t stand the dull mustard patch of canvas; it looks like day old mucus and just ruins the whole look. If it had not been there, this pair of boots would be decent looking.

The lace-up placket and contoured seams on the front and back gives this pair a nice, constructed look. So they should have stopped there and not added anything extra. Because a patch of color can sometimes be a patch of …

Rag & Bone Natural Stripe Tie

The easiest sure fire way to add a dash of color to your outfit without going over the top is with accessories. With a tie or cufflinks or pocket square or brown lace-ups instead of black ones.

I am liking this 100% silk tie from Rag & Bone. Its simple contrast diagonal white stripe doesn’t scream ‘Look at me!’ but rather says ‘I know what I am doing’. Because the last thing you want is people looking at you for the wrong reasons.

This skinny tie (3″ at widest point) would make a stylish addition to your wardrobe. Wear this to the office or to the bar or on a date; in any way, you’ll be looking sharp.

Get this handmade …
