GQ's fashion editors went to 8 of America's biggest stores to create a shopping guide of sorts filled with accessories to footwear to outerwear. 

If you're still wrecking your brains as to what to get for your loved ones on your Christmas list, check this one out. You never know when inspiration strikes. 

The usual conundrum of what to get for the people in your life every Christmas pops up this time of the year. What do you get someone who already has everything? They certainly don't need another scarf. 

This is where projects like Charity: Water come in - the premise of Charity: Water is to provide clean drinking water for every individual in the developing world. It's tragic that even in 2009, there are millions of people who don't even have access to clean drinking water and basic food. This non-profit organization is working to eradicate that. 

So this year, instead of giving gift cards, cufflinks, cologne; you can send the gift of clean water. A US$24 donation will help ensure 1 person in a developing country gets clean water for 20 years. Your money goes into building wells and starting freshwater projects. I had some names on my list left that had me momentarily stuck until I discovered this wonderful project.

Purchase a gift card in the name of the person you are shopping for and feel good about striking off a name off your Christmas list while helping someone thousands of miles away get one of the most basic essentials. 

Charity: Water  

I completed all my Christmas shopping on Monday. It took me a little more than 2 hours but I managed to strike off every name on my list - I took advantage of some the deals on Cyber Monday (even though the Cyber Monday deals were so dismal and disappointing - but every penny saved, is a penny earned). 

If you're still looking for some inspiration, GQ released its 2009 Christmas gift guide featuring 50 gift ideas for everyone in your life - from your girl to your guy to your boss to your parents. So check it out and who knows, it might really help you plow through your list. 

So there is about 4-5 iPods lying around the house and I can't think of going by a day without music or without my iPod. I take it everywhere and I got a Nano for the gym earlier this year and though I have to deal with space constrains, I still take it everywhere because of how small and slim it is. Completely handy and portable.

So Apple recently announced all the new features that the new generation of ipod Nanos will come equipped with and it really reads like a solid list! From video camera to FM tuners where you can pause (live!) at any stage to voice recorders to a pedometer (an application that counts every step you take - perfect for workout buffs).

And that's not all - it looks better too with its polished anodized aluminum finish! And I just love items with both style and substance.

I am really looking forward to the day that they pack 120GB into the size of a Nano. Now, that would be my dream.

Jimmy Choo's first foray into menswear will be with its upcoming collaboration with high-street giant H And M. I first heard about this months ago and my first thought was 'Jimmy Choos and leather jacket?' But judging from these leaked pictures, the line looks promising. Functional and clean.

I love H And M's designer collaborations and I very much look forward to checking the collection out when it debuts November 14.

Philip Lim is one of my favorite designers and I buy his pieces almost every season. He's got a fantastic sense of balance - between wearability and attention-grabbing. Plus, his clothes are cut slim which is perfect for me. 

Next season's RTW says it all. Simple, elegant and yet stylish. I picked my favorite looks and I will look out for them at the stores. The black day bag with its shoulder and top handle is just calling to me. I could use another day bag and this could be it. Functional and stylish - I will take this everywhere. 

The grey tee with its cube design is simple and great for Summer wear with shorts or jeans and I am thrilled with the black leather tee. It's got a chest pocket which increases its appeal even more. I don't have a leather tee but there's always a first time for everything!

Maison Martin Margiela is moving from furnishing your wardrobe to furnishing your home with the Maison Martin Margiela Line 13 2009 Fall/Winter Collection. 

With bottle lamps to snow globes to cotton calendars that becomenapkins once the year is over to a fresh spin on the traditional Russian Dolls; Maison Margiela is certainly moving in the right direction. 

In stores worldwide from October 2009. I am looking forward to checking this all out!

Fashion's Night Out London came and went with a bang. Naturally, Vogue UK has the lowdown on everything that went down on the special night. Everyone was out - from Stella McCartney to Jourdan Dunn to Little Boots (watch the video here). 

Browns was also another hot spot with designers being store managers for the night - Henry Holland, Jonathan Saunders, William Tempest and more giving style tips and intereacting with the people who buy their pieces (watch the video here).

Royalties of London's Fashion scene came up to the roof of the UK Vogue House for a photoshoot solidifying their commitment to Fashion's Night Out London. See if you can spot, Burberry's Christopher Bailey, Christopher Kane, Yasmine Le Bon, Matthew Williamson, Jourdan Dann. 

It's going to be a fantastic night out - sort of like a kick-ass party in your favorite stores.Vogue UK has also added new schedules to their list of happenings on Fashion's Night Out. Check here for the latest!

Fashion's Night Out on September 10 will be the biggest fashion event this year. With hundreds of brands participating and editors, staffs, writers, celebrities coming out in an effort to drive and encourage back into the stores. Spanning all countries with a Vogue edition, this will be a fun, memorable event to say the least. 

If you can, go shop with your favorite designers and get tips from beauty editors. But even if you don't buy anything, it would still be fun to head out to feel the buzz and the excitement of this global initiative.
